Modeling Signaling Processes across Cellular Membranes Using a Mesoscopic Approach

Computational models are effective in providing quantitative predictions on processes across cellular membranes, thereby aiding experimental observations. Conventional computational tools, such as molecular dynamics or Monte Carlo simulation, offer significant insights when applicable.
